The next issue of tongues of the ocean, which goes live this Sunday, June 17th, at midnight, will feature work from WomanSpeak, a journal of Caribbean women’s writing that has been around since the early 1990s, and an interview with the woman behind it, Lynn Sweeting. The cover art for this issue is by Lelawattee Manoo-Rahming, and the opening piece is the accompanying poem, “The Sea Has Been Sick”. Check back on Sunday for the first two poems!
