Introducing Issue 13!

tongues of the ocean‘s thirteenth issue goes live this Sunday at one minute past midnight, when Antiguan scholar Hazra Medica introduces the literature of her country, and when a group of artists from Antigua and Barbuda sit down to discuss the state of the visual arts in their nation. Edited by Joanne Hillhouse, this issue will share the literature of the islands which gave birth to Jamaica Kincaid. If Kincaid is the only piece of literature you know from Antigua and Barbuda, now’s your chance to learn more.
